It’s rare these days to initiate a positive comment about the automotive industry but in this case it’s easy and it is well earned. Can Clark Ford/Lincoln in North Vancouver has some very special people who happily provide rather exceptional service. The Lincoln Concierge, Stacy King is one of these fine people. I am on my 3rd Lincoln SUV and my experience with Stacy and the dealership is always amazing!!! I am always in good hands and I know that when my Lincoln goes in for service that it will be well taken care of and returned to me as clean as the day I bought it.

I have been so impressed by Stacy’s professionalism. She always goes above and beyond! I would purchase a Lincoln again based on my experience with her and the concierge service. It has been a real pleasure owning my Lincoln Navigator, with Stacy and the “concierge service team” always making me feel well taken care of.

After being a long time Mercedes owner, I happened across the Lincoln aviator plug in hybrid. To say I’m completely satisfied is an understatement! I love my Lincoln aviator, and the service I receive from Lincoln, no one else in the marketplace provides. I was allocated a concierge Stacy, and she handles all my questions whenever I have them. When it comes to vehicle service, Dwayne or Ian come to pickup my vehicle from wherever I am, and swaps it with a loaner.Here’s the best part; when they return my vehicle - it comes back not only serviced, but fully detailed too, cleaned inside and out! Dwayne and his team do an unbelievable job! It’s back to showroom condition each time.No competitor offers this level of service. I am an extremely happy customer, & highly recommend Lincoln.
